Liu Song

Chief Executive Officer

Liu is a founding member and Board of Director at IMG who has efficiently steered the group with his business acumen and in-depth knowledge of shipping. Liu Song began his career with China Resources in their Shipping Department, and later moved out to establish his own shipping company, owning and operating various types of vessels, including bulk carriers, gas carriers and specialized vessels. His business acumen and in-depth knowledge in shipping has been the guiding light for IMG.

Paul Varghese

Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO and founding member of Integrated Maritime Group, Paul Varghese brings 25 years of extensive experience in the maritime industry, specializing in new building supervision, dry docking, major repairs, and special projects. His expertise is validated by his esteemed role as a member of the South East Asia Technical Committee of Lloyd's Register.

Paul’s career began at sea, where he sailed on various vessel types with reputable companies such as Pacific International Lines, Fleet Management, and Synergy Maritime, ultimately rising to the rank of Chief Engineer. In 2009, he transitioned ashore to Fleet Management, taking on the role of Fleet Manager. His most recent position was with Noble Group as Head of Technical, where he successfully established their Ship Management Division.

With a strong foundation in both operational and managerial roles, Paul is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence at IMG, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency in ship management.
