All vessels under the technical management of IMM receive professional care by our marine and technical teams. As a proud holder of the Document of Compliance (DoC) issued by Lloyds Register (LR) on behalf of various flag states, our able team conducts regular inspections to ensure physical and cosmetic maintenance of vessels, in compliance with regulatory standards such as the International Safety Management (ISM) code.

Under the leadership of our Director, our technical team oversees the technical aspects of operation, arrangement of regular supplies / services and provides essential guidance / consultation to the shipboard team on a regular basis. Our marine team, composed of the Director, Managers, Superintendents, and Assistants, manages cargo operations and ISM-related functions for the company and vessels under technical management.

The marine team offers comprehensive guidelines for both common as well as the most complicated cargoes, and for handling crew-related matters. We utilize a world-class, transparent, and seamless cloud-based fleet management system for planned maintenance, information management, vessel monitoring, record keeping, purchasing processes, and financial functions.
